Last night I was outside and walking the dark. It was late in the evening and the moon was bright, the air was not too warm and it was still and quiet.
I went back inside and called to my husband and said he need to come outside because it was nice… a perfect moment. He put down what he was doing, came down the stairs and stood outside with me for a few moments. We looked up at the sky and leaned into each other and listened to the chirping insects and the rustling leaves. And it was nice.
